Art Requirements
All artwork must be provided in a high-resolution (at least 300dpi) format. We prefer company logos in vector format in a program such as Adobe Illustrator. If type is part of your logo, please “outline” the fonts in the graphics program, or supply all fonts in a “Fonts” folder along with your other artwork. If you use spot colors, please specify the PMS number(s) or the color matching system used.

Art Services
Our graphics department is very skilled. If we can do a “quick fix” on your logo or other artwork, we’ll do so without charge. However, if your artwork does not conform to industry standards and we can’t do a quick fix, we will notify you of any additional charges.
Hourly rate: US$75/hour. US$75 minimum charge.

Art charges: New line illustration of ocean container, air container (ULD), truck tractor, trailer:
Standard: $75; Detailed: $100-400.

Proofs
We supply a digital “PDF” proof by e-mail. Please note that a PDF proof is not 100% color accurate. A PDF is used to check placement of art elements and to give an idea of color.

Client “Sign-Off”
We will send you a proof for each job. PLEASE REVIEW THIS PROOF VERY CAREFULLY. We will also ask you to “Sign-Off” on either the e-mailed PDF proof by return e-mail, or with a written signature on a paper proof. Once you “Sign-Off,” ALL responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the artwork transfers to you. We will not go to press without this “Sign-Off.”

Color Matching
Please note that printing on plastic is different from printing on paper. Expect variations of up to one shade when using colored inks.

Copyright
World Trade Press holds the exclusive worldwide copyright to each image represented in this catalog. You may not make copies of any image, even if you purchase quantities of a product from this catalog.

Terms
50% deposit (prior to printing) and balance, net 30 from delivery, on accepted credit. Payments may be made by credit card.

Overs/Unders
Standard printing industry terms: the final delivery quantity is subject to an acceptable variance of +/- (plus or minus) 10 percent. The final invoice to be adjusted up or down accordingly.

Shipping
Shipping charges are to the account of the buyer, Ex-Factory California or Massachusetts USA. The responsibility for an order transfers from us to the client once the order is shipped by common carrier.

International Orders
World Trade Press ships worldwide on a regular basis. International orders are subject to prepayment prior to shipment.

Standard Production Time
Standard total production time is 15 working days. Note: Our clock doesn’t start to tick until we receive a PO, a deposit and your logo art!

Art Production: 3-6 working days
Manufacturing: 10-15 working days

Set-up Charge All Orders: $75.00
PMS or Custom Ink Color: $75.00 per color

Die Cut Rulers: Cutting Die $150 (one-time charge)
